Abstract :
Simple expressions in closed form have been used for calculations of propagation parameters of HTS microstrip lines on sapphire substrate (r-cut). The model used was verified experimentally by a measurement of Q-factor and resonant frequency of YBCO microstrip resonator as functions of temperature. Tee good agreement between the measurement and the simulation data allows to use the model in CAD package of HTS microstrip passive devices.
