Abstract :
In order to search accurately interested lesion regions, a algorithm of searching interested lesion regions based on morphological dilation is proposed. Firstly it descripts the shape feature of cell image with discrete degree of cell edge and takes shape connected regions by automatic dilation, finally extracts the edge of interested lesion regions. Experiments show that the algorithm can extract the edge of interested lesion regions efficiently, and improves the precision of cell edge.
