Abstract :
Through analysis of the electrostatic discharge current waveform and the given parameters, considering the influence of distributed parameter, a 5-order electro-static discharge circuit, which based on human metal model and with more practical significance, was constructed. By applying Laplace transform an analytical formula was acquired. According to the simulation on Matlab, all parameters of the circuit were determinated and the spectrum of discharge current was calculated. The results from numerical example indicated that the analytical formula of the new circuit was not only corresponded well with the standard of IEC61000-4-2, but also reflected the situation of parasitic oscillation in order to make the similar waveform closer to the measured one.
