Abstract
With the arrival of knowledge economy era, intangible assets reveal more irreplaceable value than tangible assets. Since universities do not have a clear understanding of their own intangible assets, this kind of assets are lack of effective management and thus can not play their proper roles sufficiently. The paper first defines the connotation and constitutes of intangible assets of university, and builds up the evaluation index system for them, and then evaluates the university intangible assets status by using extension of analytic hierarchy process (EAHP), in order to obtain the enlightenment about managing, developing and utilizing university intangible assets.
