  • Abstract
    The knowledge sharing and reuse during the process of aircraft assembly fixtures design plays an important role in keeping the design quality and efficiency. In order to improve the quality and efficiency, a methodology about the knowledge reuse during the process of aircraft assembly fixtures design has been carried out. Firstly, using the idea of modularization, layering and information coding to construct the knowledge template of aircraft assembly fixtures, make the design knowledge of aircraft assembly fixtures come true. Secondly, on that basis, present a mixed reasoning design methodology about aircraft assembly fixtures based on rules and cases and describe the reasoning algorithm in detail. Finally, develop an aircraft assembly fixtures design system based on the knowledge reuse to test and verify the system using the presented methodology.
