Abstract :
Aim of building warning method for tension between the tension-roll groups based on state space is to improve the tension-balance of cold rolling continuous annealing line and reduce the failure rate. Through research for control mechanism of tension between the tension-roll groups for the 212 unit, combined with modern control theory, it built tensional relation of rolls which is decided by roller-motor´s speed, electric current and data of metrical tensional instrument. The method of state-space modeling, building Object Model and solving model gain previously unpredictable tension of tension-roll group, enrich warning data and more accurately w.arn malfunction.
