Although the members on the mobile payment supply chain are all very active and willing to push its development, the lack of the objective understanding of the customer value and the status of going each one´s own business will become big barriers for the development of mobile payment. From the perspective of improving customer´s value, this paper designed the measure indicators and made the empirical research on the influence of mobile payment and its industry chain on customer value, so as to provide the actual reference for the industry chain development of mobile payment, and make it widely applied in different fields of informatization construction. Meanwhile, it could also provide great reference for the mobile operators on industry positioning, business model design and customer value improvement.
