Abstract
With the economic and financial globalization, transnational business in banking industry becomes a trend. China liberalizes financial markets progressively after the accession to WTO in 2001. I build the evaluation model of integrated impact of foreign investment on China´s banking sector, coupled with econometric methods such as factor analysis and regression analysis; provide reference in addressing the direction and focus of Chinese commercial banks.
