            Abstract : 
In this paper, taking economic, order execution, output and consuming into account, the decision-making model of multi-variety discrete production and manufacture has been presented for the multiobjective decision multi-attribute problem. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a systematic analysis technique developed for multicriteria decision has been applied to determine the weights of criteria and sub-criteria. Multi-attribute utility function (MAUF), based upon the utility theory, has been applied to calculated the utility value of and sub-criteria. Finally, a case study is analyzed to show the application of the model.
