Abstract :
Technological innovation through innovation alliance becomes a dominant mode for innovation participants (or innovation agents). Current innovation alliance researches rarely consider the customers´ satisfaction. Applying agent modeling method to illustrate the dynamics of outside market is much more important to research technological innovation against the traditional static persspective. After figuring out the measurement of customers´ satisfaction degree based on Value Engineering and Extenics, A Multi-Agent System Model is consturcted to demonstrate the operation of innovation alliance, connecting the micro-level operation of innovation agents with macro-level competition and collaboration between agents in innovation alliance.
