  • Abstract
This paper reports the radio frequency synchronized switch for TD-SCDMA repeater station. The key technologies including the two diodes series connection, the deep bias voltage and the quarter wavelength impedance converter are utilized in this design. The design output on isolation is 50 dB, insertion loss is less than 1.5 dB and the input or output power handling is 5 W on frequency of 2010 MHz to 2025 MHz. In comparison to the previously reported PIN diode switches, this design achieves superiority of the power handling and the isolation performance.
