Abstract :
Based on rules of HDB3 Encoder and Decoder, Encoder and Decoder System will be given. there are four modules in encoder, namely, detection of four 0 sequence in source information, generator of “V”, generator of “B”, obeying the AMI rule, and AMI encoder.
