Abstract :
This paper presents an efficient contract net protocol based on bit commitment in insecure open network environments. To make securea security architecture uses a bit commitment protocol and RSA algorithm which implements both encryption and digital signature. It has a high quality of security and can satisfy all the secure requirements of bid unforgeability, result verifiability, bid secrecy and it requires almost no participation of TTP.
