In order to control production costs and reduce energy consumption, experimental research on single-pipe gathering without heating was developed which used low viscosity of produced fluid in combined station N II -2 of Sabei oilfield. Trial lasted for 3 years which showed that single-pipe gathering without heating was feasible through liquid-producing capacity, water content, standard of flow line, polymer flooding and water flooding well of flow line´s lengthen, nonmetallic flow line well and small diameter flow line well, except plugging caused by oil extractor. Technology limit of single-pipe gathering without heating was given in extra-high water cut stage.
