Abstract :
Economic analysis is the core content of project feasibility study and evaluation, and an important basis for decision making. Its role is to minimize the risk and improve returns on investment. Traffic impact analysis (TIA) is to analyses the extent and scope of the influence of the project on the urban traffic, according to the study of the inner relationship between urban development project and traffic demand growth. It then advances countermeasures of maintaining the LOS, and implements the compensation policy to reduce traffic load impact of the development. Based on the idea of TIA, this paper analyses and evaluates the impact of urban river-crossing traffic infrastructure on surrounding network, using the technology of TIA for benefit analysis on traffic infrastructure.
