Abstract :
Aiming at improve the process applicability, practicality and enhance the ability for process variant design, a design methodology for it based on tabular layouts of article characteristics was proposed. Based on the basic principles of tabular layouts of article characteristics and the the modeling method of master document technology, an ideology and technologies of variable design of process for power tools system were introduced. At last, taken the rotor of power tools as the example confirmed the feasibility of the method. The results indicate that, the process diversification and individuation could be adapted by this method.
