Abstract :
For the color inconsistencies between the projector and the display, this paper, through a method of look-up table, proposed a color reproduction conversion from the display to the projector design, which based on the FPGA technology. Make use of the characters of human visual, we matched 9 different colors displays between projector and monitor, each frame is calculated the corresponding conversion value R´G´B´ of all the possible of the pixel RGB in the PC, then transmitted the value to the color reproduction device and deposited it into the three look-up tables within the FPGA. When using, the output video signal from the PC is as the address to read the information of the look-up table, then weighted sum of the final output and displayed it on the projector, which enabling the color reproduction from the display to the projector. The effectiveness of the program has been verified by the measurement of the hardware system.
