Abstract :
The goal of this paper is to show that when differential forms are viewed as elements of a suitable differential vector space, they provide a powerful tool to tackle the feedback linearization problem. Our formalism allows us to give necessary and sufficient conditions for dynamic linearization as well as to recover the early results in feedback linearization (either static or dynamic) in a computationally very convenient way
