Abstract
This study analyzes the uncertainty that exists in the knowledge quality assessment in a peer-review process for scientific research work. By defining the quality of knowledge in scientific fields, this paper aims to propose an assessment framework to reduce the uncertainty in decision-making that is inherent among reviewers´ subjective judgments.
