Abstract
In order to resolve the potential congestion on control channel of ForTER, the paper proposes an implementation model of flow control mechanism. In the model, flow control LFB entities in FEs are based on token bucket algorithm, and then we propose a new algorithm in CE, according which flow control parameters, token bucket parameters Be and Be in flow control LFB entity denoted, are dynamically calculated and re-configured to FEs as soon as the payloads, which is usually referring to the number of FEs change. Experiment results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the mechanism.
