Abstract :
Development of training courses for experienced NASA engineers and technical staff can be a difficult, time-consuming process, especially for course developers who are not employed by the agency. Here, we describe a recently developed method for shortening the roll-out time and improving program quality for new courses in the NASA engineering training program.
