Abstract :
The first part focused on answering the question ‘what are government venture capital funds and high-tech industries’. Then it pointed out the two basic kinds of the government venture capital funds and analysised of the government venture capital funds to promote the development of the mechanism of high-tech industry, On this basis, it proposed a standard to guide the use of government venture capital funds to promote the development of countermeasures for high-tech industries.
