Abstract :
Traditional field bus system is only suitable to small range monitor. But to a large-scale field monitor system, it has many disadvantages such as difficult cable laying, high cost and hard maintenance, etc. This paper design a kind of new wireless monitoring system application into city electric power cable monitor and control system. System uses low power digital temperature sensor DSB18B20 to realizing cable function temperature monitor, MSP430F149 acts as work slave station to complete signal analysis, and signal transmits between work slave station and central station by wireless transceiver chip nRF905. Upper PC links with inspecting equipment controller through USB bus interface PDIUSBD12, which realizes city high-voltage cable filed inspection and main control room monitor and control system design. This paper mainly introduces system hardware and part of software design in detail. Through experiment, system wireless communication is accurate, and monitor error can match monitoring requirement well as expected. Due to system adopts modulation design, so, it has broad application prospect, such as distributed intelligent building circumstance monitor and control, etc.
