Abstract :
The paper describes a solution of thermoelectric cooler controller suitable for thermal stabilization of laser diode. The device has to serve as one of the sections of the source of coherent, single mode radiation with wavelength of 1550 nm. The source of radiation will be used within the experimental system allowing transmissions of high frequency analogue signals.
