Abstract :
Shearer is one of the important equipment in coal mine, which direct impact on the automation level of the entire mechanized mining face. In this paper, because at present a number of configurations and monitoring software is too expensive to buy, and operation and use is too complicated. The development cycle of the software is too long, so we put forward a OPC technology into shearer monitoring system. Successfully developed Shearer remote monitoring system based on the OPC interface. The remote monitoring system based on OPC can efficiently collect and monitor the condition of the shearer working state parameters, spend less than the configuration software, and improve the level of automation of our country´s shearer industry.
