Using Mobile Knowledge Management on WirelessNetwork: Perceived Self-Efficacy

Through the wireless network, the important knowledge management is quickly acquired the right knowledge using mobile devices. It can be increased self belief and work efficiency. The recent years study show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness constructs of technology acceptance model have been considered important in determining the individuals´ acceptance and use of IT. In this study, we will introduce the self-efficacy as a new factor that reflects the characteristic of the mobile knowledge management. This paper addresses why users can be used mobile knowledge management and how user´s using is affected by the self-efficacy. The results showed that the research model mediated the usage behavior intentions even in the mobile knowledge management through the wireless network environment.
