Abstract :
Frequency domain analysis of event-related and block-design functional MR imaging (fMRI) time-series is presented, assuming a linear model of fMR response. The frequency domain least-square estimation is performed in order to evaluate hemodynamic parameters of the brain. The usefulness and limitations of the frequency domain analysis of fMRI time-series are highlighted.
