Abstract
New sufficient conditions for the existence of real decentralised output feedback are given in terms of the heights of the first Whitney Classes corresponding to the channel pairs mi, pi and the binary partitioning of the number of states. These results extend the approach for odd intersections in the decentralised case and provide alternative sufficient conditions when the input or output channels are different
