An empirical research of the relationship between innovation resources and innovation performance in service enterprise

In recent years, with the deepening of product´s homogeneity, service competition is becoming focus of competition between enterprises. And innovation resource is essence of improving service competition. In this paper, the related literature is reviewed and analyzed from the perspective of service-oriented enterprise competition, on the basis of this, the theoretical relation between innovation resource and innovation performance is built. Meanwhile using quality research method and questionnaire method analyze and test the relation. The empirical results indicate that the two innovation resources have closely related to innovation performance. And the result provides quantitative decision-making basis for service-oriented enterprise.
