Abstract :
Single-piece and small batch production mode is applied more and more, and to improve the speed of the single-piece and small batch product in innovating design, the blocking collision matrix of TRIZ theory is brought in the process of products innovating design. Knowledge base based on TRIZ theory of single-piece and small batch products is established. It can give reasonable solution timely when we encounter conflicts in the product innovation process. In addition, this article introduces the implemented processes of the innovative design system of single-piece and small-lot products, in which bring in the blocking collision matrix of TRIZ theory.
