Organization change becomes the core of firm survival and development in the complex and variable environment. Organizations must study and change continuously to keep up their vigor and advantages. As an initiative, dominant, special productive factor, human resource taking part in organization change and synergic change can ensure success. Analyzing the conception of organization change and the influencing factors implies that: the influencing factors of environment, strategy and structure change with the change of human resource. Human resource management strategy, human resource configuration capitalized and human resource organization flexibility take actions on the methods of human resource synergic advantages with organization change.
