To calculate the temperature of 40 kW submersible motor of YQY143 Series, established the three-dimensional mathematical model of stator and rotor. To got the Temperature distribution in map through calculating the coupling field of Temperature field and fluid field by the method of FVM. And also we make the Comparison with the results calculated by FEM to make sure the result is correct, it shows that the results calculated by two methods are basically consistent and the temperature is basically fit the insulation requirements of this motor.
