Abstract :
The integration of three networks breaks the boundaries among the telecommunication networks, radio and TV networks and the Internet, and it provides the technical support for the construction of national lifelong learning society and the development of modern distance education. The article first introduces the background of constructing distance learning cloud platform under the integration of three networks of Zhejiang Radio and TV University, then analyzes the innovative significance of the integration of three networks in modern distance education, and makes a specific technology project of distance learning cloud platform. Finally, based on the examples, the article discusses the successful application of the sub-platform under the integration of three networks, which offers further evidence for the feasibility of the construction of distance teaching cloud platform under the integration of three networks.
