Abstract
Expands ARBAS (Action-Resource Based Argumentation Support), an action-resource language to support and document argumentation and organizational memory in a negotiation context. In particular, the authors propose an entity-relation model for negotiation and organizational memory that links the key elements of the negotiation problem (i.e. problem, actor, proposition, argument) to their respective organizational factors (e.g. organizational objectives, goals, evaluation criteria, feedback and protocols), and makes them available in a repository as an organizational memory information system (OMIS) for negotiators. A prototype has been implemented using a Windows-based object-oriented language to demonstrate the feasibility and capabilities of ARBAS´96
