Private enterprises in WenZhou area play an important role in the development of JiangSu, ZheJiang area, and scientific and technological quality of enterprises have decisive influences on the long-term development of themselves. In this paper, I establish the evaluation index system of scientific and technological quality of enterprises on the basis of relevant data of 16 registered enterprises in WenZhou area, exact communal factors of each index by means of factor analysis of multivariate statistical, and rank the scientific and technological quality of enterprises of all types of enterprises by employing the synthetic evaluation function. Besides, after the further study based on the ranks, some recommendations about science and technology development of private enterprises in WenZhou area are presented.
