Abstract
According to the present situation that respirable coal mine dust concentration can not be on-line detected real-timely, a real-time respirable coal mine dust concentration acquisition method that use real-timely detected total coal mine dust concentration combined with calculation of conversion coefficient was put forward. The method obtained respirable coal mine dust concentration through detecting total coal mine dust concentration. First, take use of curve fitting to modify the total dust concentration sensor, and use the modified sensor to detect real-time total dust concentration. Then, conversion coefficient between respirable and total coal mine dust concentration was got through volume calculation method. Finally, the real-time respirable coal mine dust concentration was attained by multiplying the total value and the conversion coefficient. This method was verified in Coal Mine Production Equipment Security Detection Engineering Center of MOE. Experiments proved that respirable coal mine dust concentration obtained by this method had the advantage of high precision. It can meet the requirement of real-time on-line detection.
