Abstract :
This work presents the CN-TOAG (closest-neighbor with TOA grid) algorithm, a new geolocation algorithm, which presents certain performance improvements in the indoor environment. We describe this algorithm, and quantitatively compare its performance to the standard least-squares (LS), as well as weighted least-squares (RWGH) algorithms in the presence of obstructed LOS (OLOS) channel conditions. The results indicate that the CN-TOAG algorithm can outperform the other two algorithms in the indoor environment.
