Abstract :
Reflected load models are analyzed for better power transfer capability and less VA rating requirement in this paper. According with those models, a boundary load resistance is proposed to specify the secondary compensation topologies for optimal power transfer performance, the VA rating requirement of supply is calculated and compared with transferred power on variable load resistance and variable coupling coefficient. The results can be used to determine the secondary compensation topology and VA rating of supply, consequently decrease system cost and increase running efficiency.
