Abstract :
Ocean boundary plays a significant role in various activities at sea. China owns broad waters, and the related data of ocean boundary was mostly recorded on paper, which is not up to the meets of the informationization and the users´ demand. This paper, according to the study of ocean boundary database, adopts OO language and relational database, presents the design methods, and provides the powerful theory support for building technology of the ocean boundaries database.
