Abstract :
With the rapid development of e-commence and logistics, e-logistics has become increasingly impact to modern social and economic activities. However, the credit´s crisis in e-logistics is one of the key factors that hamper the development of the e-commence. At present, lots of researches focus on strengthening the legal supervision and the market´s constraint against the non-credible activities in e-commerce without forming correlative supervised model. This paper analyses the formed the non-credible activities in e-logistics and designs a new e-logistics supervised model (ELSM) based on the third-party agency. At the same time, ELSM was realized in the Jiangxi Traffic-Logistics-Network (JTLN). Compared with the safe characters of jctrans.com and taobao.com, JTLN based on ELSM has more safety and higher credible degree. Currently, JTLN has been identified by the experts on Dec 26, 2007, which can not only play a good supervised role on the traffic-logistics field on the Internet, but also provide a new idea to decrease the non-credible activities in other fields of e-business in China.
