Study on Evaluation of Emergency Management Contingency Plan in Express Industry

A specific emergency management contingency plan needs to be created for meeting the emergencies in express industry. In order to achieve the ideal effects at the crucial moment, it becomes vital important to have an accurate evaluation to the current plan. On the basis of the theoretical and empirical investigation, this paper establishes the evaluation criteria of the emergency management contingency plan in the express industry, and draws a comprehensive evaluation to the plan by exerting the evaluation of the 2-tuple linguistic evaluating method determined by the weight. By empirical research, the validity and practicability of the evolution criteria and method has been validated. It can help to make an intuitive evaluation to the emergency management contingency plan in express industry, but more perfecting and revising should do with the repeatedly tests in practical operation.
