The paper is about the application of watermark technology in digital works´ electronic business, And it can make digital works not only exchange expediently but also form its copyright protection system. Firstly, we put forward the trading project of digital works´ adopting watermark technology. Then on the base of Relation Model and the probability idea, this technology provided the digital works´ copyright protection and tracing in transmitting after electronic trading, which is a new taste of digital watermark´s application in the security of digital works´ e-business.
