Abstract :
It is a new kind of purchase modes produced to purchase in coordination under supplying the chain environment. This text is on the basis of explaining SOA (service oriented architecture service-oriented framework), according to the thought which faces modeling and framework of serving of IBM, adopt law from top to bottom (field decompose) to produce manufacturing purchase business go on analysis served to face in coordination across enterprise, thus confirm the candidate range served, find that service.
