The Research of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise´s Innovation of Integrated Technology in Henan Province

SMEs are confronting with huge challenge in the economic environment of global financial crisis. It is urgent to improve enterprise´s innovation ability through converting traditional innovation mode to modern innovation of integrated technology mode. In this paper, we point out some problems in the development of SMEs´ in the back ground of development situation of SMEs in Henan province. In the last part, also the most important part, we sum up three approaches which are suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province to deal with these problems.
