Based on similar domestic and foreign scholars study, we determined four entrepreneurial characters of entrepreneurs : innovativeness, internal locus of control, proactiveness and hardworking orientation. According to the result of exploratory factor analysis (Eigenvalue>l, Cumulative 60.622%), we get a four-factor model of Jiangxi province. Then we make a T test to see the differences between entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs in Jiangxi Province. The result is as follows: There are significant differences between entrepreneur and non-entrepreneur in Jiangxi province (T=7.588, Sig.0.00).The entrepreneurs are better than nonentrepreneurs about the four entrepreneurial characters of entrepreneurs: innovativeness (T=4.364, Sig.0.00), internal locus of control (T=1.984, Sig.0.048), proactiveness(T=3.041,Sig.0.002)and hard working(T=3.068, Sig.0.002) orientation. The conclusion is innovativeness, internal locus of control, proactiveness and hardworking are the most important entrepreneur traits.
