Abstract
We investigated the impact of atomization treatment for reduction of phosphor layer thickness to improve the luminance properties of distributed-type ZnS inorganic EL devices. The luminance intensity of EL devices with the phosphor atomized for the optimal time (0.5 h) has become six times higher than that with the original phosphor.
