Research of the Logistics Inventory Cost Control in China

China´s logistics industry is still in its initial stage, the main problems facing is the high inventory cost. Reduction of inventory cost require internal procurement, production, warehousing, finance and other departments coordinating with different functions. In this paper, From the logistics concept, the writer brought forward strengthening inventory cost control measures in enterprise logistics, from the procurement chain, Acceptance and distribution of materials, material recovery, production processes, quality control and other areas. It is evidence that fully use logistics resources and through modern information management system can reduce inventory cost, strengthen corporate logistics internal control.
