With the establishment of national iron and steel project and the urgent demand of energy-saving and emission-reducing, Integrated recovering the sensible heat of sintering machine´s flue gas and sintering mine effectively to generate power has become problems that are starve for figuring out. Regarding the work process of sintering in iron and steel industry as the target of research, this task analyzes the characteristics of sintering waste heat source and the law of degraded energy during the process of waste heat recovery, puts forward the technical plan of integrated recovery of the two kinds of waste heat source and collaborative power generation, and makes research on five fundamental energy-saving such as the coupling mechanism of heat transfer between fluid and solid as well as the basis of enhanced heat transfer and optimal control on the parameters of dual waste heat source. It also forms four key techniques including the research and development of vertical cooling machine equipment and links, transfer and conversion of waste heat etc., so that the recovery rate of waste heat source during the process and the utilization of waste heat can be comprehensively promoted.
