The traditional GDP calculation system neglects the cost of natural resources and environment. It can´t effectively embodies the correlation between the economic development and the environment and resources. Practice of the Green National Economic Accounting, measuring and guiding the national economy with the index sign of Green GDP, not only can reflect the economy growth level, but also the diapason between the nature protection and the economy development, and the idea of sustainable development. This paper analyzes the evaluate factors of port projects from the two aspects of the natural resources and the environment which included in the Green GDP calculation. In the aspect of consuming of natural resources, it analyzes the consuming of land resources and the influences of water resources. In the aspect of environment, it analyzes the influences of water environment, atmospheric environment and acoustic environment, and puts forwards the mitigation measures for the adverse effects. We hope this paper will have the certain model function to the port sustainable development.
