Abstract :
During the system evolution, self-organization is that elements coordinate action and form ordered structure when there is no external force driving. According to self-organization theory, the paper analyzes the self-organization characteristics of undergraduate teaching management, giving suggestion to build self-organization teaching management mechanism.
